  The new Violence-Free Campus policy, as well as related procedures and resources, are intended to help prevent, deter, and respond to concerns regarding acts of violence.

• Student Organization Travel Policy

  August 31, 2007

  The new Student Organization Travel policy establishes the relationship between student organizations and the university for the purpose of reducing risks and providing protection for all student organization travel, especially travel using large passenger vans and vehicles towing trailers. The "Student Organization Travel Authorization" system to which the policy refers will be introduced in a few weeks. Call 515-294-7711 for more information.

Identification (ID) Card / ISUCard

Introduction

The ISUCard is the university’s employee identification (ID) card.

Policy Statement

Cards will be issued at no cost to the employee. One lost, stolen, or damaged card will be replaced per fiscal year using the current picture on file. Pictures for ISU Cards will be re-taken at the employee's request for a fee.
