Introduction

Under the Code of Iowa 262.9.14 only the Board of Regents, State of Iowa has the authority to lease external facilities or space.

Policy Statement

Lease or rental of long-term storage space is to be coordinated with Central Stores. Central Stores maintains warehouse space that is available on a square foot basis for both short-term and long-term rental. A campus-wide delivery service is also available to handle general hauling to the storage facility, as well as a general delivery service.
